Why Storm Protection Manufacturers Choose STAFFORCE
Demand for storm protection products spikes sharply ahead of hurricane season and during active storm watches — exactly when a production line can least afford to run short-handed. STAFFORCE keeps a pool of pre-screened production workers ready to place on short notice.
What Every Worker Goes Through Before Your Floor
- A 10-step screening process, including skill testing, drug screening, and background checks
- Safety training appropriate to a production environment
- Our 4-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee — not the right fit, and we’ll send a replacement at no charge
Scaling With Hurricane Season
We help you ramp production up ahead of storm season and scale back down once demand normalizes, instead of carrying peak-season headcount year-round.
