Packaging and Paper Products Roles We Staff

• Line assemblers and packaging line workers
• Material handlers for raw stock and finished product
• Quality checkers and finishers
• General production labor for custom orders and specialty runs

Why Packaging and Paper Companies Choose STAFFORCE

Packaging and paper production runs are often tied to a specific order or seasonal demand, which means staffing needs can spike fast. STAFFORCE keeps a pool of pre-screened production workers ready to place, so a rush order doesn’t fall behind schedule.

What Every Worker Goes Through Before Your Floor

• A 10-step screening process, including skill testing, drug screening, and background checks
• Safety training appropriate to a production environment
• Our 4-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee — not the right fit, and we’ll send a replacement at no charge

Scaling With Order Volume

We help you match labor to the order book rather than locking in headcount sized for the busiest week of the year — scaling up for a big run and back down once it ships.
