Because we maintain an existing pool of pre-screened workers rather than starting each search from scratch, we’re often able to place workers within a day or two — sometimes the same day, depending on the role.
Who is liable if a worker gets injured on-site?
STAFFORCE carries workers compensation coverage on every worker we place, and provides Workers Comp and General Liability certs at no extra cost. Ask any staffing agency to see proof of coverage before day one.
Are your workers background checked and drug tested?
Yes. Every worker goes through a 10-step screening process before placement, including skill testing, drug screening, and background checks.
What happens if a worker isn’t a good fit?
Our 4-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee means if a placement isn’t working out in the first four hours, call our office and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.
Do you offer temp-to-hire?
Yes. Temp-to-hire lets you evaluate a worker’s performance on the job before committing to a permanent hire, with no obligation to convert if it’s not the right fit.
